The controller of your data is The Gatekeepers Club, which operates the Préval brand. Contact: contact@prevalgroup.com.

Through the contact form we collect the information you send us: name, company, email, phone, number of employees, relevant obligations and message. As part of a service, we collect the information needed to produce your compliance documents.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver our service. The legal basis is your consent and, where relevant, pre-contractual measures or the performance of the contract.

Prospect data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then up to three years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then in line with statutory accounting and document retention requirements.

Your data is processed by The Gatekeepers Club and is never sold. We use technical providers acting on our behalf: Resend for sending emails and Railway for hosting, both based in the United States, with appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the European Union.
